Service Description
Being pregnant and dealing with postpartum can be a struggle, so let us help you be healthy while growing that baby or get you back in shape after the baby has entered this world. During your consultation call, we will discuss your pregnancy/postpartum goals, then we will develop a custom package that will include workout sessions and nutrition.
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel but there will be no refunds. You are allowed to reschedule only one time, you must contact me and let me know what day you will like to reschedule. If I have to cancel because of a personal issue, we will reschedule.
