Get your sweat on for 30 minutes, the workout consist of a 1 on 1 high intensity interval training with no equipment needed on zoom

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel but there will be no refunds. You are allowed to reschedule only one time, you must contact me and let me know what day you will like to reschedule. If I have to cancel because of a personal issue, we will reschedule.
