Virtual Praise & Sweat

Virtual Praise & Sweat is a faith-filled workout experience designed to help you start your day moving your body in the presence of God—from wherever you are.

This is a 30-minute aerobic-style workout that combines uplifting gospel music, intentional movement, and encouragement to refresh your body, mind, and spirit. The class is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels, so you can move at your own pace with no pressure and no judgment.

We end each class with prayer, taking a moment to reflect, give thanks, and set our hearts and minds for the day ahead.
