Praise & Sweat

Praise and Sweat is suitable for all fitness levels and requires no equipment. Modifications will be provided as necessary. The 30-minute workout will begin at 10:00am, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform me in advance. The workout involves aerobic-style moves set to gospel music, designed for you to enjoy while burning calories in a spiritual atmosphere.

You can find my studio at Unit 10, 3903 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida 33916 Unit 10, within the SW Florida Enterprise Center. If you can't park in front of the studio, feel free to park on the other side. For any inquiries, contact me at 786-505-5782.
