About the event
Courtney will be instructing you during the workouts, she has been a certified trainer for 3 years and loves helping others get to their best bodies. She will motivate and push you to be your best self. This 4 week challenge will consist of core, upper and lower body exercises with no equipment required, for all levels of fitness: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The challenge consist of two 30 minute virtual workout sessions per week for 4 weeks starting on July 5th on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will choose from 5:30pm or 7:30pm eastern time, you only need zoom and a space to get your sweat on. You will receive the zoom information on Monday, July 4th through email. If you are unable to join either time, I will send a recording of the workout.
The workouts do not require weights but you are more than welcome to use them.
