Faith & Fitness Workout Class

Courtney will be instructing you during the workouts, she has been a certified trainer for 3 years and loves helping others get to their best bodies. She will motivate and push you to be your best self. The faith & fitness class requires no equipment, and is for all fitness levels, there will be modifications if needed. There are two times, 9:00am or 11:00am, after payment, I will contact you to ask which time works best for you. It is imperative that you come at the time you tell me, if anything changes, please let me know if you need to switch times or you are unable to make it. You will be moving your body to gospel music that consist of workout and dance moves for 30 minutes. This praise and worship workout is for you to have fun, while burning calories in the presence of God.
