Faith & Fitness

Courtney will be instructing you during the workouts, she has been a certified trainer for 3 years and loves helping others get to their best bodies. She will motivate and push you to be your best self. The faith & fitness class requires no equipment, and is for all fitness levels, there will be modifications if needed. The workout is for 30 minutes and will start at 10:00am, please come a few minutes prior to 10am so I can start on time. If for any reason you can't make it, please let me know. You will be moving your body to gospel music that consist of aerobic style moves for 30 minutes. This praise and worship workout is for you to have fun, while burning calories in the presence of God.
