Join us for Praise & Sweat: Pilates Edition, a beginner-friendly Pilates experience designed to strengthen your body while uplifting your mind and spirit!
We’ll start with an encouraging word, move through a beginner-friendly Pilates workout, and end our time together with prayer. No Pilates experience is needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and have a great time!
